Originally from Seoul, Korea, Thomas came to New York at the age of 10.  He later studied Finance and Economics in college and worked for an Investment Banking firm on Wall Street in the financial services arena.  Prior to entering real estate, Thomas spent approximately 9 years in financial services industry and 3 years in hotel management.  Today, he specializes in commercial properties & leasing, new development condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and is looking to expand his reach to include various development sites.

His vast market knowledge combines with his wealth of connections not only in New York but also in Hong Kong and Korea to further Thomas’ effectiveness in matching people with the wonderful properties they deserve.  Loyal, dedicated and honest in his dealings, he strives to streamline the real estate experience for everyone he serves, and to achieve the best outcome possible whether someone is searching for or selling a commercial properties or residential home.

While work is his passion, Thomas also devotes as much time as possible working out at the gym, playing basketball and tennis, and going to the beach whenever time allows.  He loves all that New York and New Jersey has to offer, from its recreation to its culture and cuisine.  Thomas looks forward to helping you fulfill your real estate dreams.
