Ioannis brings a distinct analytical edge to the market, holding a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and degrees in economics and mathematics from Haverford College. This background allows him to approach market data and intricate negotiations with mathematical precision. Before founding Rutledge & Co., Ioannis was a top producer for premier NYC brokerages and institutional landlords. His track record includes managing an institutional portfolio of four luxury towers spanning over 1,000 residences and leading the lease-up of two prominent waterfront skyscrapers. Ioannis is a member of both the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR).
