Stacey Tzortzatos is a New York- bred Real Estate Broker and the Founder of Sigma Group Real Estate, successfully serving Queens, Long Island and the NYC Financial District.

Born in the Bronx, shaped by her formative years in Washington Heights, and raised in Queens—where she continues to live—Stacey brings an authentic lived understanding of New York City’s neighborhoods and the people who move within them. Her perspective is is grounded in decades of firsthand experience across the city’s most dynamic corridors.

Before real estate, Stacey spent 25 years in the Financial District, not only working within its fast-paced environment, but building within it. As an owner-operator of six fast-casual food establishments, she navigated the realities of entrepreneurship and developed a deep command of operations, negotiation, and risk- skills that now translate directly into how she evaluates opportunity and structures real estate deals.
