Before joining Nest Seekers International, Sara spent years as a recruiter inside top investment banks and hedge funds, where she developed and executed hiring strategy and guided professionals through some of the most significant decisions of their careers. This experience sharpened her ability to manage complex processes, anticipate challenges, and stay composed under pressure. Sara's connection to real estate began in childhood. Her grandparents immigrated from Italy and through years of hard work, went on to own and manage a condo complex in Norwalk, Connecticut. She spent weekends alongside them preparing apartments between tenants, staging and photographing units for marketing, and assisting with other day-to-day responsibilities; a hands-on introduction to real estate not just as housing, but as an asset class. Now based in New York City, Sara is committed to matching clients with homes that fit their lifestyle and needs - whether it's a rental, a first home, or an investment property. Above all, she believes her clients' best interests come first and she works accordingly from the first conversation through closing and beyond. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Cognitive Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
