Michael comes from a New York Real Estate family leading to a life filled with passion and learning for the business that he always had an innate understanding and appreciation for. He has over 14 years of real estate investment sales and rentals experience and takes great pride in carrying on the tradition established by his family. Michael's family bought their first building in 1962 owning and managing over 40 apartments. He has worked exclusively with multiple landlords whose portfolios exceed over 100 apartments. Michael's passion for Real Estate is second only to his passion for finding his clients the perfect apartment. Living in NY most of his life he understands the paramount importance of having a comfortable space to come home to. He understands the challenges associated with navigating through this intense market and meets those challenges head-on in terms of each individual client's specific needs. When hiring an agent you need complete and utter trust. It is like hiring a doctor or lawyer. You need someone who is going to sit down with you and go over the whole process in detail. Truth is unequivocally essential. Michael's track record is evidenced by his repeat business and vast referrals from his clientele that includes celebrities, heads of the finance, fashion, literary industries, and international clients among others. Michael's favorite hobbies include tennis, swimming, theater, reading, dining out, and travel. His favorite destinations include Budapest, Berlin, Colorado, Miami, Montreal, Mykonos, New Orleans, Paris, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Toronto, & Vermont. Michael has worked for numerous charities including the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, ASPCA, & AFSP. He is a graduate of Columbia University receiving a Master's in Real Estate with a concentration in Development and Finance. Additionally, he has mentored students at the University.
