The lowest recorded sale price for a Manhattan apartment for the week of March 22nd was unit 1-E, a sweet two-bedroom at 750 Riverside Drive in Hamilton Heights.  The recorded price for this pre-war condo was $520,000, about $693 per square foot.

Tucked into the corner of West 152nd Street and Riverside Drive, this intimate six-story building overlooks the Hudson River Greenway to the west and the Trinity Church Cemetery to the north.  Light abounds everywhere.   

The apartment, which actually sits on the second floor, features two nice sized bedrooms, a renovated window kitchen and a windowed bath.  There are newly refinished oak floors, recessed lighting, new stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.

Built in 1920, the building was converted to condominium ownership in 2015.  There is no doorman.
