Sales have been launched at 45-30 Pearson Street, in the Court Square neighborhood of Queens. The ground-up condominium development is located just off Jackson Avenue, one block west of Court Square Park.
45-30 Pearson Street, aka The Greene, will rise 25 floors and contain 130 apartments. According to the offering plan, the property has a sell out of $154,609,000. This includes 15 deeded parking spaces and 5 cabana licenses. The parking spaces are listed at $150,000 per. The cabana licenses are being offered at $250,000.
45-30 Pearson Street is one of several recent developments along Pearson Street that reflect the continued evolution of Long Island City. This includes 45-30 Pearson Street, a 130-unit rental building just to the west. 45-18 Court Square, the home to Innolabs, a state-of-the-art life science building which backs up to Pearson Street. And 23-20 Jackson Avenue, a mixed-use property anchored by a 72-room hotel that sits at the corner of Pearson Street and Jackson Avenue.

ZD Jasper is the developer of 45-30 Pearson Street while Marvel Architects served as the building architect. ZD Jasper has been a prolific developer in Queens. Recent projects in Long Island City include 5 Court Square, Prime LIC at 22-43 Jackson Avenue and Trio at 27-19 Thomson Avenue.
