By Linecity, May 31, 2022

Sales have been launched at the Parker House, a new boutique condominium in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.  The mid-block development at 183 McGuinness Boulevard is located between Meserole Avenue and Calyer Street and is one of a multitude of residential projects currently transforming this section of McGuinness Boulevard.

The six-story building will contain 24 residential units and have a sellout of just over $23 million.  The team of Mallory Bogard, Brandon Bogard, Kelly Klingman and Caitelin McCoy of SERHANT are handling the sales.  YME Construction is the developer.

Current pricing reflects one-bedroom units starting at $737,000 and two-bedroom units starting at $1.1 million.  The average price per square foot of the four apartments released to date is $1,478.

Design elements of the residences include open kitchens with eat-in peninsulas, high ceilings, wide-plank oak flooring and double-pane floor-to-ceiling windows.  The kitchens are adorned with Calacatta Quartz Laza Gold countertops with matching backsplashes and high-end stainless steel appliances.  The bathrooms are clad in stone and enjoy custom vanities with Grohe fixtures.  Washer/dryer hookups are provided as well.

The Parker House offers a common roof deck with sweeping views of Manhattan and the East River.  Additional amenities include private cabanas, bike room, private storage and a package room.  Rooftop cabanas and storage are available for purchase.  Security is provided by an Aiphone intercom system.
