According to New York City records, the median price for an apartment in Manhattan in the month of April 2022 was $1,270,000. The price represents an increase of 10.4% from last year’s median price of $1,150,000. The number of sales increased from 953 to 1,139 representing a year-over-year increase of almost 20%.
