The five-story building contains 10 residential units and has a sellout of just over $11.5 million. The team of Anthony Sigillo, Christian Haag and Bianca D’Allesio of Nest Seekers International are handling the sales. Sheriff Development Holdings LLC is the building sponsor.
As of this writing, only three of the building’s ten units have been released. There is a top-floor one-bedroom simplex offered at $1.25 million. A two-bedroom, two bath simplex asking $1.175 million and a ground floor duplex offered at $995,000. The average price per square foot of the three apartments released to date is $1,281.
In total, the building contains seven two bedroom apartments and three one bedroom units. Each floor offers two residences, most with private outdoor space.
The apartments are light, airy and open. The contemporary design incorporates open concept living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality materials. Design elements include wide plank oak flooring and stone and black metal accents. Apartments on floors 1 through 4 have ceiling heights extending beyond 9 feet. Local transportation via subway is located within short walking distance. The R train is available at Prospect Avenue to the south and 9th Street to the north. The F and G lines are also available at the 9th Street station.
