Sales have been launched at The North, a new boutique condominium in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The mid-block development at 526 Union Avenue is located between Withers Street and Jackson Street, three blocks south of McCarren Park.

The seven-story building offers 44 residential units and has a sellout of just over $50 million. Michale Brooks of M.N.S is handling the sales. Northside Capital Corporation is the developer. Kutnicki Bernstein Architects designed the project.
Current pricing reflects studio units starting at $615,000, one bedrooms at $875,000 and two bedrooms at $1.35 million. The average price per square foot of the seven apartments released to date is $1,516.
The bulk of the apartments contain private outdoor space. Floors 3 through 6 contain eight apartments while the second floor and the penthouse floor only show six apartments. Four of the penthouse units have private roof terraces.
The residences are smartly designed in muted tones and provide clean, airy and functional spaces.
