Condo Sales Launched at 959 Madison Street, Bushwick, Brooklyn

Sales have been launched at 959 Madison Street, a new residential condominium in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The mid-block development is located between Bushwick Avenue and Broadway, within easy walking distance to Saratoga Park. 

959 Madison Street will rise five floors and contain eight residential apartments across floors two through five.  There will be a community facility that will occupy the ground and basement levels.

According to the offering plan, 959 Madison Street has a sell out of $9.73 million.  The residential component has a sell out of $7.155 million while the community facility has a sell out of $2.5 million.  There are three roof terrace licenses available at $25,000 each.

Floors two through five will each contain two residential units.  Seven of the eight residences are two-bedroom homes.  All of the apartments contain private outdoor space and their own mechanical closets.

At this time only two apartments have been released, unit 4-B and unit 2-A, both two bedroom residences.  Apartment 4-B is a 927 square foot split two bedroom, two bath with a large balcony off the living room. A key-locked elevator opens into the residence.  The unit is listed at $995,000.  2-A is an 839 square foot split two bedroom, two bath with a smaller balcony.  The unit is listed at $895,000.  The average price per square foot of these homes is $1,070.

According to the offering plan, two bedroom apartments start at $825,000.  The most expensive units are 2-B and 3-B, both offered at $1,050,000.  These two bedroom, two bath homes are both 927 square feet in size and enjoy significant outdoor space. 

Design elements include high ceilings, white oak floors, recessed lighting, and floor-to-ceiling double-glazed Pella windows.  Additional features include washer/dryers, Internet pre-wiring and energy efficient multi-zoned heating/cooling systems.

The streamlined kitchens are adorned with Silestone countertops and backsplashes, custom walnut cabinets and a suite of high-end appliances from Bertazzoni, Haier and Fisher & Paykel.

The building provides a Virtual Doorman security system.  The building offers private storage and a rooftop deck with open city views.  There is no on-site parking.
