According to New York City records, the median price for an apartment in Manhattan for the month of September 2022 was $1,150,000 The price represents an increase of 6.5% from last year’s median price of $1,075 000. The number of sales dropped from 1207 to 1,170 representing a year-over-year decrease of 3%.
