Unbelievable Views in Modern Luxury Village Full Service Coop

Experience true New York luxury in the heart of Greenwich Village.

This sunny eighth floor apartment has the most spectacular open views of downtown Manhattan, overlooking historic townhouses, straight down to the Freedom Tower. The apartment boasts sixteen south-facing windows that run the entire length of this exquisite open plan loft.

The apartment is currently configured as two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a round second bedroom or office in the center that closes for privacy via the doors cleverly tucked into the walls and a huge master bedroom with an en suite master bathroom and more closet space than you can ever imagine using.

As you enter and embrace the magnificent view, you seem to float into the living room and dining area adjacent to the open plan, all-white kitchen which is adorned with a Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, an Amana stove and a Miele washer/dryer in the unit.

This apartment can be easily converted from its loft-like feel to a traditional two or three bedroom home, with plenty of storage space to spare.

Designed by renowned architect, David Ling, The Peter Warren is a full service building. The resident superintendent and its attentive staff have been serving the building's residents for decades. There is a garage and a bike room, as well as additional storage. The building is pet-friendly. The beautifully appointed spectacular roof deck offers 360 degree views of the city.

It is without a doubt one of the most unique and flexible properties in Greenwich Village.

Pied-a-terres okay. Sublets with board approval. Pets allowed.

Greenwich Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Birthplace of beatniks, Greenwich Village has always been a neighborhood bursting with creativity, home to artists, poets, musicians and writers. There is a lot of foot traffic in the neighborhood, as it gives convenient access to many other neighborhoods. There are a lot of popular eateries on MacDougal Street and bars on Bleecker Street. The neighborhood has a bit of a college-town feel, due to the presence of NYU. There aren’t large chain stores here, so it isn’t really a mecca for shopaholics, but you can find interesting vintage stores and specialty boutiques.

Available housing is centered on pre-war walk-ups. You can find good deals on the quieter, tree-lined side streets, as opposed to the bustling avenues. There are pockets of brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the early 19th century, throughout the neighborhood, as well. You will find more luxurious housing in the newer high-rise buildings on Park and Fifth Avenues.

Washington Square Park is the heart of the neighborhood. If you sit near the Arch and close your eyes, you might catch an echo of the music and social history of the Park, floating through the air. Greats like Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon started their storied careers right here in Greenwich Village. Today, the Village is a celebration of diversity, where everyone is welcome.
