A completely gut renovated condo that blends a contemporary aesthetic with an industrial flare, this 2,907 Square Foot 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home possesses a curated collection of captivating details that enchant the eye and soothe the mind. Features of the home include a unique raised hardwood floor, exposed concrete columns, a host of stylish light fixtures, an abundance of storage space, and a cavernous floor-through layout—rare for Tribeca loft living—that is flooded with northern and southern light and is anchored by immense windows that boast views of One WTC, the Empire State Building, and the Hudson River.

Past the foyer and a pristine powder room, the home opens into its main living space, a massive 70' long, open-concept expanse that includes the living room, dining room (set against a wall of beautiful mother-of-pearl wallpaper), kitchen, bar, and den. The den, which has been augmented with a gorgeous built-in unit, can be closed off via sliding frosted-glass doors and converted into a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen features marble countertops and backsplash, a sleek eat-in island with a built-in butcher block, a wall of clean white cabinetry, a built-in wine cooler, a garbage disposal unit, and modern stainless steel appliances. There is also a brand new Miele washer/dryer.

Just off the foyer, the master bedroom is tucked comfortably away in the southeast corner of the apartment. The bedroom features a spacious closet, built-in shelves, and an immaculate en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, a walk-in rain shower, and a separate bathtub. The vanity has been supplemented with added storage. The second bedroom sits in the northeast corner of the home, and it comes with its own large closet and direct access to the home’s second full bathroom. Non-aesthetic additions to the apartment include a new hot water tank, a recently cleaned/serviced central air system, and a replacement of all window openings.

Located on the most famous street in Tribeca, 25 North Moore is a luxury condominium featuring a full-time doorman and a stunning roof deck with sweeping city and river views. Private storage bin available for sale separately. The rooftop and lobby are undergoing renovation that will compliment the loft perfectly! The building is just steps away from the 1/A/C/E subway lines and numerous well known restaurants including Nobu Next Door, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, Mr. Chow, Bubby’s Restaurant and Locanda Verde at the famous Greenwich Hotel. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
