FOR LIVING:
The gracious entry hall leads you into your expansive living and entertaining space with triple open exposures North, East and South. There is not a building in Manhattan that you want to see that you won't enjoy during your daily routine. Your morning coffee will be complimented with the sunrise East over TriBeCa and SoHo from the Family Kitchen and built-in Breakfast Room banquet, that very sunset brings to life the sweeping open views North of the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings and beyond. Finish each night stepping up into the Southeast Living Room for a night cap with views of South to the Freedom Tower, the Woolworth Building, and the Financial District skyline. All of the rooms offer intimacy for the family and expanse for entertaining. The bespoke Dining Room table seats six nightly but can easily accommodate a dinner party of sixteen or many more. For when you entertain extended family and friends, a full Catering Kitchen sits hidden behind the daily Family Kitchen. The Catering Kitchen can also be used quietly and separately by a long term guest or staff as it connects conveniently to the home's Guest Suite which is complete with it's own separate apartment entrance, Living Room, Bedroom, walk-through closet and ensuite Bathroom.

BEDROOMS:
Each of the five bedrooms has been affectionately named after the iconic building it offers a view of: "The Woolworth," "The Empire," "Towering Freedom." And the Master, which sits on the Southwest corner of the floor, has been called both "The Hudson Sunset" for it's tranquil river views and shimmering sunset light West, and when the sun has set, "Inspired Freedom" for it's romantic positioning, directly South to the Freedom Tower.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
