Located in the most ideal location, in the heart of TriBeCa’s Landmarked, Historic District, in the sought-after Atalanta, comes this incredibly priced, breathtaking and ethereal, 3,000 square foot Loft! So stunning that it has been published in several international and national design books and publications and featured as Interior Design Magazine's "Best of the Year", this one-of-a-kind residence features superior craftsmanship, design, and is customized for modern living! Upon stepping into the residence, your eyes are immediately drawn to the soaring concrete-poured ceilings, warehouse-style southern facing windows and endless art walls. Originally envisioned as a massive 1 bedroom--and currently offered as a three-bedroom*, two and a half bath with large open and expansive great-room, the space is very flexible to adjust to changing times. At the focal point of the massive great-room is a showcase, open chef's kitchen. Fit for the Chef's Chef, it features custom-molded Corian counters, cabinetry, and breakfast bar; a Wolf gas range with vented hood, double convection ovens, a Subzero refrigerator with multiple additional fridge and freezer drawers, an separate ice maker, plenty of cabinetry and 2 dishwashers. The oversized master suite is masterfully partitioned off and private from the main living area. It features impressive South-facing warehouse-style casement windows, a gigantic walk-in custom closet, and luxurious master bath with double Corian vanity, heated limestone floors, steam shower with multiple shower heads, and large soaking jacuzzi tub. Meanwhile, the 2 other oversized and quiet bedrooms are tucked in the back of the loft, and feature abundant closets and an ensuite bath. The home comes equipped with multiple zoned Central AC, a Miele W/D, massive amounts of closet space, surround sound throughout, and includes automated Lutron lighting and shades. Originally built in 1924, the seventeen-story Atalanta, whose first life was a refrigeration warehouse for dairy products, was perfectly transformed in 2001 into the quintessential boutique condo. With a 24-hour concierge, and newly-renovated lobby, the building embodies the introspective qualities of downtown living. A perfect fusion of industrial detail, postmodern luxury, and functionality, the building features an incredible staff, a bike room, additional storage for purchase, a common roof deck with panoramic south, east, and west skyline views, and great financials and low monthlies. Set on cobble-stoned N. Moore Street, in the most ideal location in TriBeCa, you are steps from the spectacular Hudson River Park, Whole Foods, transportation and some of the city's best restaurants and cafes like Bubby's, Mr. Chows, Walker’s, Locanda Verde, and Gotan. Well priced and in the best location, you cannot get much better than this! Please note that that the Floor Plans display sleeping areas which may not be considered a legally permissible bedroom. Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
