A rare opportunity to own a meticulously renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in a full service doorman Condominium located in the heart of Tribeca. The apartment is flooded with light from the westward-facing panoramic windows. Upon entering the unit one is greeted with a foyer that splits off into two halls, one running towards the bedroom wing and the other towards the living areas. Just off of the foyer is a proper mudroom with a new washer/ dryer, sink and custom built-ins including a built-in ironing board and a dedicated folding area. The serene master bedroom easily fits a king bed with ample room for a dedicated reading chair, ottoman and table. Built-in sconces flank the bed on a beautiful wall of grey grass cloth. The eastern wall is covered in custom built-ins with private storage below and bookcases above. Past a row of closets is the private en-suite bathroom clad in oversized white marble tiles. The large bedroom windows look out onto a sizable garden with mature trees completing this calming space. The two additional oversized bedrooms are flooded with natural light and face the building's planted courtyard. The larger of the second and third bedrooms has two oversized windows and a custom built-in desk with book storage above, maximizing every square inch of the space. With custom closets, new doors and baseboards, the home has a spacious lofty new construction feel. On the other side of the unit there is a large open kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances including a custom built in wine fridge, Caesarstone counter tops with custom backsplash, and custom high gloss white cabinetry. The open plan layout is perfect for entertaining with the kitchen facing an oversized living and dining area with its own designated bathroom for you or your guests. The unit also includes two separate storage units in the basement, both elevated off the ground. With all new thru-wall HVAC units in custom wood enclosed cases (with new, on-wall thermostats), double-pained windows, in-wall audio (Sonos system), recessed lighting, a dedicated shoe closet and beautiful wide plank jacobean hardwood floors running throughout, the owner spared no expense when completing the full renovation. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
