New to the market! Custom modern loft, with open space, bright light all day long, in a prime location.

Welcome to The Chocolate Factory located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy. Now is your opportunity to own a condo in this highly sought-after loft conversion. Originally built as a chocolate factory in the 1940’s, it was converted into apartments just 15 years ago. This unit is unique, industrial and sleek, with all of the comforts of modern living. A property like this is few and far between.

Enter unit 3B, a bright and glowing loft space that has been built out with a gorgeous steel and wood custom designed buildout to maximize the space. Currently used as a sleeping loft and office above, with a kids room below. The unit also has large amounts of storage throughout.

8 1/2 ft oversized windows are striking and welcome light to pour into the unit all day. 13 ft ceilings allow flexibility to the layout of the space. The monumental original columns are striking and a conversation piece on their own. There is a central heating and cooling system, controlled by a smart nest home thermostat, that maximizes efficiency. There is a large in-unit washer and dryer, and individual water heater.

The elevator brings you straight up to the building’s rooftop oasis - a gorgeous landscaped garden surrounded by unparalleled panoramic views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Eat, drink, or relax while taking in the views from the benches or picnic tables, or be inspired as you work out in the giant glass-enclosed rooftop gym. The sunsets can’t be beat!

This 45 Unit building is pet-friendly and there is bike storage. The low monthly fees also include Fios!

Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
