REVIEWS of (Agent):

"This is the absolute best realty company I have worked with. I was blessed to have worked with (Agent). He understood my needs and what I was looking for in a place and worked with my requirements to get the apartment, helped me to gather all that was needed and I was approved for my dream place within a week! I would so recommend (Agent) to ANY and EVERYONE." Em M., Manhattan

"(Agent) guided me through each stage of the process with a great deal of patience and understanding. He was exceptionally thorough, and I felt that he was accessible whenever I had a question or concern (which was very, very often). (Agent)'s know-how and optimism shine through in his work. He made the inherently stressful moving experience a whole lot easier."
~ Anastasia G., Hamilton Heights

"(Agent) was incredibly helpful: he took us to numerous listings aside from the one we called about, was knowledgeable and super friendly. For anyone in or outside of Manhattan looking for some help with the daunting task of finding a place to live in this huge city, I highly recommend working with (Agent)." ~Lucas V., Brooklyn

"(Agent) helped me and my roommate of 2 years find our second home. He was helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Picking an apartment, getting the application together, and signing the lease happened within ~3 days. If you're looking for a quick turn around & beautiful new home go to them!" - Olivia T., Central Harlem

"He was so flexible in setting up a last minute appointment that day to view the apartment AND show us other places in the neighborhood. My roommate and I were pressed for time as we only had two weeks to move. (Agent) even video-chatted us tours of other apartments we didn't get a chance to see while apartment hunting in the city. Fast-forward to a month in our new place and we love it! He is still in contact with us if we have any questions about our lease. (Agent) was awesome and would highly recommend him, especially to people moving to NYC for their first time." -Terese R., Fort George

Washington Heights | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Washington Heights, a hilly neighborhood on Manhattan’s northern tip known for its affordable apartments, preserved pre-war buildings, and Dominican food. Some would argue that it's a hidden gem and one of Manhattan's last neighborhoods that has retained its culture. The large swath of land is bordered by Inwood to the north along Dyckman Street, by Harlem to the South along 155th Street, by the Harlem River to the east, and the Hudson River to the West. It is the highest natural point on the Island of Manhattan.

Despite its high residential density, Washington Heights and Inwood have not seen modern housing construction in more than a decade other than relatively small housing units. Midtown Manhattan, Battery Park, TriBeCa, Chelsea, and Hell’s Kitchen, on the other hand, have seen an increase in building. Most of the high rise construction belongs to hospitals such as New York Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center, and educational institutions like Yeshiva University and Boricua College.

Washington Heights has access to amazing green spaces like The Cloisters, Fort Washington Park, Highbridge Park and Fort Tryon Park. There is no shortage of historical landmarks either. Remember General George Washington set up his camp in Washington Heights during the Revolutionary War. He used the elevated neighborhood to his tactical advantage to spot the Redcoats. As history would have it, his plan didn’t work out so well and the British occupied New York for seven years.
