Property Description for 30 Park Place, 71-B

This is the one! An absolutely stunning, and sprawling trophy home set high atop the 71st Floor of The Four Seasons Private Residences! This incredible unit occupies the Northeast corner of the building and features jaw-dropping North and East views of the iconic Manhattan skyline and both the Hudson and East River. The residence has been handcrafted to showcase an attention to detail seldom seen in today’s new construction, and features the perfect combination of classic elegance and modernity. The layout of Residence 71B, regarded as one of the most highly sought after in the building, features a formal entry foyer that leads to either the bedroom wing or to the chef’s kitchen that is perfectly separated from the spacious living room, while also open to the family room/dinning room. Able to be closed off from the living room by sliding solid-core hardwood doors, the kitchen boasts beautiful marble countertops, Bilotta rift-cut oak cabinetry, and a Gaggenau appliance package that is a work of art in and of it self. This truly impressive home in the sky also features a spa-quality five-fixture master bathroom with marble slab floors and countertops, Kallista fittings & accessories and radiant heat flooring; four-pipe fan coil heating and A/C system with multiple zones, pre-wiring for home technology (including custom electronic shades which have been already installed by the owner), solid white oak herringbone floors, and a laundry room with a separate service entrance and exit. The Residences of The Four Seasons have a dedicated and discreet lobby, in addition to a suite of other private amenities including a 38th floor fitness center and yoga studio, private dining room, conservatory and lounge with access to loggias, Roto-designed children’s playroom, and a screening room. The other shared amenities include a 75-ft heated indoor pool and spa clad from floor to ceiling in arguably the most beautiful marble seen throughout the entire city as well as a landscaped plaza. Residents are also able to enjoy in-building access to world class dinning at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, as well as a comprehensive suite of a la carte services. Completing this perfect picture is private storage unit which is included with the rent, an attended parking garage, ballroom facilities, and meeting rooms should the need arise, and ultra-close proximity to multiple public transportation options.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
