This stunning legal one-bedroom, functional two-bedroom, two-bath loft has been extensively upgraded with designer finishes curated by award-winning designer Nicole Fuller. From the living room and master bedroom enjoy partial Hudson River views and dramatic afternoon light. To the north, views extend to the open cityscape including the Empire State Building. The corner living room naturally delineates into dining and entertaining with both western and northern exposures. The state-of-the-art chef's kitchen is open to the entertaining spaces and features an expansion and redesign from the sponsor’s delivery. Poggenpohl lacquer cabinets and pantry are paired with custom resin over brass counters and onyx accents including an onyx backsplash. A completely updated appliance package includes a Wolf 36-inch oven, Miele five-burner cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, Miele built-in espresso maker and Miele wine cooler. The roomy master suite again features showpiece finishes including leather-clad built-in shelving with brass trim and a custom-fitted 11-foot dressing room with Flou fittings. The expansive spa-quality master bath is clad in custom Bisazza tile and has a Boffi vanity with double sinks, a deep soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The entire loft is wired for remote operations, is centrally air-conditioned, and finished with custom textured painted walls, onyx window sills, Lualdi lacquered doors with magnetic latch guides, Murano glass door handles with brass back plates, and a plethora of built-ins with gallery-caliber lighting. This is a thoughtfully designed, one of-a-kind, triple-mint home. Private storage room on the 11th floor included. 250 West Street is a full-service luxury condominium located in Tribeca. Built originally in 1906 this former warehouse now features a state-of-the-art fitness center, 60-foot pool, elegantly appointed library and over 5,000 square feet of common roof terrace, within blocks of everything life in prime TriBeCa has to offer.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
