This sprawling 2390sq/ft loft condo offers space, timeless elegance, luxury, and location. Residence 10F has a more than generous layout with 3 bedrooms, a study, 3 full baths and a lovely powder room. Welcomed by a grand foyer, your attention is immediately drawn to the 12'6" ceilings and impressive over-sized windows that radiate light and serve as picture frames for the most iconic and storied NYC landmark - The Empire State Building.

All of your needs have been considered in the beautifully crafted open kitchen, where the Italian designed Arcilinea cabinetry and the Calacatta marble counters are just the beginning. The six-burner Viking range, Subzero Refrigerator and Meile Microwave and Dishwasher are further complimented with an over-the-stove pot-filler, a built-in Meile espresso marker, dual zone wine storage, and a warming drawer. Entertaining has never been easier or more fun.

Follow the 5" Brazilian Walnut floors to the over-sized master suite for the perfect retreat for relaxation. The master bath is outfitted with a Cambridge soaking tub, Waterworks cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling white Calacutta marble. The double vanity and glass enclosed shower allow two or more people to easily share the space and the fully customized walk-in closet is one you will never want to leave. Follow the hallway down to find two more generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms along with an interior room perfect for a quiet children’s room or office and a vented Bosch washer and dryer. The high ceilings and solid walnut flooring throughout add warmth and sophistication to every room in this home.

This property also comes with a deeded private storage unit as well as a 200 bottle private wine cabinet.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
