With fabulous amenities like a private fenced backyard + garden, rooftop deck and picturesque views of Manhattan, you'll be the envy of all your friends in this beautiful home built by Dixon Projects.

The parlor level of this home exhibits spacious dining and living areas perfect for entertaining, complete with original details and ornate pocket doors. Travel to the stunning kitchen to find a breakfast bar island (large enough to prep for a feast) and professional-grade stainless steel appliances including a gas range + hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and GE wine cooler. Custom cabinetry and Caesarstone Quartz countertops complete this room’s unique feel. Right outside, you’ll also find a newly built steel deck overlooking a groomed backyard + garden, complete with a timed irrigation system. A six-foot horizontal cedar fence keeps your backyard cozy and private.

The garden level features a generously sized bedroom with its own en-suite bath and walk-in closet. In the rear you’ll discover a large rec room begging to be personalized or transformed into an additional bedroom, a laundry room complete with a washer + dryer, and a wet-bar suited up with a GE wine cooler. This level also provides access to the backyard through two giant French doors that transform this space into a bright, open area unlike any other garden level.

The second and third levels of this home feature four massive bedroom suites. Large windows line the walls in every room, creating naturally lit spaces where hardwood floors shine. Giant customized closets and en-suite baths with radiant heated flooring prove that no detail was spared. Even the rooftop presents a beautiful terrace offering spectacular views of Manhattan that can’t be beat. Central air conditioning, a security alarm, and a touch-screen video intercom system (with front door release from every floor) were added to this home to make your life that much easier.

Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
