Due to popular demand, please contact to schedule a private showing.

A rare opportunity to live in a boutique loft-style residence located on a beautiful, cobbled street in the historic Seaport District. The building is filled with character and original detail. With a historic vintage and recent restoration, infused with designs by the famed Andres Escobar, this property brings to life Seaport living at its finest.

The residence at 5A features an expansive and functional layout at 1,317 square feet current set up as a 2 spacious bedroom / 2 full baths. The apartment can easily be setup into a 3 bedroom layout (alternate floor plan).

With an authentic loft feel, featuring exposed brick and columns alongside high ceilings, the residence has recently undergone a complete luxury renovation. The combination of large rooms, ample closet space, bright East exposure, Brooklyn Bridge views and high-end finishes make this residence the perfect living space.

The entry bathroom features a beautifully tiled standup shower and full-sized linen closet, while the second bathroom features a double sink and enameled, cast-iron bathtub. Both bathrooms have European-designed water fixtures, spacious custom cabinetry and new subway tiling. Also, never leave your home for laundry, as it has a fully-dedicated laundry closet with a washing machine and vented dryer.

The kitchen features a top of the line Bertazzoni range, imported from Italy, as well as an oversize stainless refrigerator and dishwasher by Blomberg. The custom wood cabinetry and elegant, hand-cut Caesarstone finish off the kitchen that was made for cooking.

Amazing opportunity to be in one of Manhattan's most rapidly developing neighborhoods. This residence is situated alongside the recently opened iPic Movie Theater, Seaport Smorgasburg, Acqua Restaurant, Mark Joseph Steakhouse, Jack's Coffee and many more dining and nightlife options.

With continued new development taking place in the neighborhood like the Cipriani boutique luxury hotel and the expected 2017 grand opening of Pier 17, this residence is in the heart of it all.

THIS EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY IS PRESENTED TO YOU BY ROSY KLEIN FROM CHARLES RUTENBERG LLC.

Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
