The cottage comes with access to the property's private beach and use of the back yard behind your cottage. If you're into kayaking, the beach is a great place to launch a kayak. Street parking is available for your vehicle. This is a no pet policy in place for the entire property. Please do not walk onto the property without making an appointment as this is a private property.
