The building is located on the edge of Rockaway Park and Belle Harbor. It's a tree-lined block and it's very quiet. This section of Rockaway or Belle Harbor is more residential making it more of ideal place to live but with the convenience of being only a short walk to the Beach 116th and Beach 129th commercial districts. Walk or ride your bike to the other great spots on the beach at B106/B97 and lots of places near the beach in the Beach 90s.
