Fantini polished chrome fixtures and Duravit tank-less floor-mounted, dual flush toilets are featured throughout.

The long large separate SieMatic kitchen, located to the left of the second hallway, utilizes high-gloss lacquer Ebonized walnut and brushed stainless steel with polished nickel frame cabinetry. Kitchen counter-tops are white Iceberg granite slabs with a custom designed glass back-splash. Miele and Sub-Zero appliances There is a LG washer/dryer for your convenience. Ceiling heights of 11 Ft in the living area and bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows with over-sized glass panels. Apartment is offered with all furnishings. Tooth brush included, of course.
