There is a closet and ceiling fan, and the apartment is very bright. It has a shared bath in the hallway, shared with two other apartments, and the bath is cleaned by the tenants on a rotating schedule. This is a one year lease and the brokers fee is 15% of the annual rent. Due to demand, I will not be replying to texts or phone calls about this apartment (otherwise Id only be on the phone all day instead of showing it).
