The den has a built in vent-less ethanol fireplace. And as if this is not enough, let's delve into the details that make each of the master bathrooms so intricate. All three windowed, master bathrooms exude luxury as they are clad in marble and all have features like double sinks, heated floors, soak in tubs, and separate shower areas. But what sets these superior bathrooms apart are the ultra luxury designer finishes. All sinks throughout are above mounted water basins designed by Villeroy & Boch. Each sink features Fir Italia Faucets. Two of the bathtubs are freestanding Oval Acrylic soak-in tubs designed by Waterworks, while the other is an over-sized Jacuzzi that can easily seat two. The bathtubs and showers are all outfitted with world renowned Axor Hansgrohe faucets with waterfall style spouts and rain shower heads and Geberit wall hung toilets. One bathroom even has its own digitally controlled steam shower room with two separate rain shower heads that can easily seat 4. All bedrooms have automatic electric shades. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have wood beamed, coiffured ceilings and all the closets are finished California Closets. There are 2 separate air conditioning zones to optimize comfort through out the apartment. If you ever need a breath of fresh air step outside of this modern gem and enjoy your 300 square foot, turfed terrace and watch the sail boats and ferries float down the Hudson River with spectacular open water views with unobstructed sunlight. It's easy to forget where you are when in this futuristic home, but luckily you have a front row seat to the old United States Sugar Building. Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
