PRICE REDUCED! This distinctive Tribeca condo at One York Street is sun-flooded, total luxury, and comes with a parking spot for your car included! It's modern design features curtain walls of glass surrounding the entire perimeter, framing endless views, of Tribeca & Soho. The floor plan has particularly gracious proportions; an open living room with three exposures incorporates large dining and kitchen areas; plus two split bedrooms, with two full baths. It also comes with what may be considered the ultimate NYC amenity: a parking spot for your car, in a swiss engineered, fully automated garage! Drive your vehicle onto the parking pad, get out, and the robotic parking valet takes over; sliding your car into position and automatically lifting your vehicle into it's spot. The apartment has custom made window shades in all rooms which operate at the touch of a button, including privacy and black-out shades in the bedrooms. The loft-like apartment has high ceilings, and features designer finishes throughout: thermally and acoustically insulated windows, Valcucine glass kitchen cabinetry, appliances by Miele and Sub Zero, wide plank oak floors, extra tall 8-foot solid wood doors, washer/dryer, Duravit heads, custom designed Corian sinks with a teak vanity in the master bedroom suite, whirlpool bath, and more. Building amenities include a 24 hour concierge, resident's health spa, with swimming pool and a sundeck. One York is a recently developed, boutique residence, perfectly located where Tibeca and Soho converge, offering residents the best of everything downtown offers. The building is fashioned from two Civil War era warehouses, joined together by a sophisticated glass tower designed by architect Enrique Norten. It incorporates the best of historic downtown Tribeca, with cutting edge modernism, in a design statement which speaks with understated elegance.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
