MINT CONDITION NOHO LOFT...Welcome home to this sprawling loft with unfettered views into Washington Square Park through three (3) enormous 10' tall West facing portrait windows that are bounded by an ornamental balustrade. The gracious entryway lends itself to a spacious dining alcove and sizable living room space. Great for entertaining as the kitchen opens into the living/dining area and is centered with a large Caesarstone island and plenty of counter space. The kitchen includes a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele D/W, 50 bottle wine refrigerator and expertly concealed storage. As one heads to the rear of the loft you find a interior den/home office/flex room, in addition to a separate living area/playroom and two (2) large bedrooms. The second bedroom gets nice light and has three (3) huge windows that face East and North. The second full bath has a Kohler soaking tub and is sleekly finished. The Master bedroom has three (3) windows with East and South exposure and has a custom outfitted California closet dressing area that leads to the spacious en suite Master Bath. Additional features of the apartment include a laundry room with full-size W/D, 12' ceilings, oak hardwood floors throughout, Central A/C, exposed brick walls, additional 150sf basement storage, and meticulously concealed custom storage with white lacquer veneer. The unit will also have a keyed elevator that opens directly into the loft as the Coop has already set aside funds for this project. 714 Broadway is a Pre-War building that was built in 1899 and is expertly managed and is in superior financial standing, has a renovated lobby, video intercom security and two elevators.

Greenwich Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Birthplace of beatniks, Greenwich Village has always been a neighborhood bursting with creativity, home to artists, poets, musicians and writers. There is a lot of foot traffic in the neighborhood, as it gives convenient access to many other neighborhoods. There are a lot of popular eateries on MacDougal Street and bars on Bleecker Street. The neighborhood has a bit of a college-town feel, due to the presence of NYU. There aren’t large chain stores here, so it isn’t really a mecca for shopaholics, but you can find interesting vintage stores and specialty boutiques.

Available housing is centered on pre-war walk-ups. You can find good deals on the quieter, tree-lined side streets, as opposed to the bustling avenues. There are pockets of brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the early 19th century, throughout the neighborhood, as well. You will find more luxurious housing in the newer high-rise buildings on Park and Fifth Avenues.

Washington Square Park is the heart of the neighborhood. If you sit near the Arch and close your eyes, you might catch an echo of the music and social history of the Park, floating through the air. Greats like Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon started their storied careers right here in Greenwich Village. Today, the Village is a celebration of diversity, where everyone is welcome.
