Live well and live large here, in a beautifully and totally renovated co-op on coveted Prospect Park Southwest that has a private terrace and the possibility of your very own parking spot!

Entering into the apartment you'll find a large dining area that leads into a huge living room, with stunning views of Prospect Park!

The windowed eat-in-kitchen is in excellent condition. It's completed renovated from tip to tail, and will delight your inner chef. It features a luxury sub-zero refrigerator, quiet 2-drawer dishwasher, stainless steel oven with an above range hood, a built-in microwave, lots of granite counters to assist in your cooking pleasure, an under-mount sink and solid wood cabinetry. There is plenty of room to dine within the kitchen, should one desire to do so.

The bedrooms are quite generously proportioned. The master bedroom, sized 12'8'' x 16'6" is currently used by the seller as a second bedroom/office. It's adjacent to the living room and has a pocket door openings and Park views too. The second bedroom, used as the master, is also quite amply sized at 11' x 18'6". Both baths are fully renovated.

The terrace is accessed via the living room, and is directly across from the Park, so you can sit outdoors, and enjoy the beauty that is Prospect Park while having your morning coffee, or enjoying a glass of wine at night.

Additional unit amenities include hardwood floors, closets galore (7 closets, with 2 being walk-ins) and through the wall air conditioning units, so no need for unsightly window units.

This well-maintained building has lots to offer. It has a lovely, and quite spacious common garden, a live-in super, porter, laundry and bike storage. The maintenance also includes cooking gas, estimated at $20/monthly and is a great savings. Plus, this building offers on-site parking (parking fee is $100/month) and is PET FRIENDLY. Yes, this means dogs too.

The location is fantastic. Situated in prime Windsor Terrace, Prospect Park, the Vanderbilt Playground, Prospect Park Lake and a dog run is across the street. There are also many amenities nearby, including Elk Café, Brooklyn Commune, Le Paddock, Della's, Adirondack Pub and much, much more. There is easy access to the F/G subway lines and the B68 bus. Plus, you are a two minute drive to the Prospect Expressway, and are a hop, skip and a jump to Manhattan, as well as Park Slope!

With so much to offer, this apartment won't last long. Viewings start Sunday, 4/17, at the first open house.

Windsor Terrace | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

The tiny, comma-shaped neighborhood of Windsor Terrace is bookended between two of Brooklyn’s largest green spaces, Prospect Park and the massive Green-Wood cemetery. Aside from the presence of the Prospect Park Expressway, which dissects the neighborhood in two, this residential community offers a suburban sensibility with its tree-lined streets, low volume traffic and the low height character of its streetscape.

Many homes in the area are low to the ground, lending a suburban feel to the neighborhood, and the area has been down-zoned to maintain its low-rise appeal and character. There are plentiful brick row houses that have very low turnover. If you are lucky enough to buy or rent one, you tend to hold on to it. There are also small apartment buildings, private homes, condos and multi-family homes in a wide price range

There is commercial development along Prospect Park West, Fort Hamilton Parkway and Prospect Avenue, but even these new stores and restaurants are mostly family-owned and operated, maintaining the small-town charm. The pace of life is slower. The schools are good, which is a big draw for families with young children. The people are friendly, which gives a real sense of neighborhood and community to Windsor Terrace.
