Property Description for 812 Carroll Street, 3-R

My generous landlord just asked me a question . What do they want ? A $ tweak ,I replied :-). She said if another $50.00 bucks makes someone happier .....go ahead . Done ..... just reduced to $2750 for a gorgeous rental ! A super place to make your next home ! February 15 is still the preferred start date but FEB 21 or March 1 may work too. A FIND ! Stunning and Quiet with FOUR WINDOWS; this delightful One Bedroom Gem is a block from Prospect park. The rental is " exceptional " better images coming ! It has lovely pre-war detail.....beautiful moldings thru-out this apartment ! Wonderful afternoon light and so much closet and storage space ....LOTS ! This GEM is available for the first time in 5 years. Perks include WASHER/DRYER in-unit. The KITCHEN was a HUGE surprise...just saw it today , lots of counter and shelf space and very open yet in its own designated area . I have a new image uploading Monday. Oodles of cabinetry + DISHWASHER . The Windowed Bathroom is stately with lots of gray marble and a comfortable size too ! The block is green and picturesque with unbelievable architecture; it is a gorgeous block ! This apartment has a lot of charm and the renters told me they were the first to see it 5 years ago and her comment to me was " what will we have to do to get it :-). They are moving downstairs to a larger rental now ! That's confirmation of not wanting to move .....at least from this fabulous Townhouse. The rental has lots of good stuff including a beautiful skylight just off the bedroom for additional natural light. The 2/3 subway lines at Grand Army are a short distance away ( F is a reasonable walk too). Owner is meticulous and the rental will be delivered in great condition after its been painted and inspected for minor tweaks. More interior images coming .A ( one) small pet on a case by case basis.

Park Slope | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boasting beautiful tree-lined streets, brownstones and a range of activities for all age groups, Park Slope is consistently ranked as one of New York’s most desirable neighborhoods. Filled with lush parks and greenery, the neighborhood is also known for its rare combination of excellent public schools, award-winning restaurants, nightlife, small independently owned businesses and community gardens.

Situated at the western slope of Prospect Park, the neighborhood is divided into different sections: North Slope, Center Slope and South Slope. Depending on who you ask, of course, the definitions of where these borders end and begin may vary (is the divide between North and Center deemed Union Street, Garfield Place, 1st Street or 3rd Street? The one between Center and South 6th Street, 9th Street, 11th Street or 15th Street?).

Regardless of what part of the Slope you find yourself on, there’s no shortage of architectural beauty. From row houses to brownstones to mansions, the idyllic setting of the neighborhood is further enhanced by its Romanesque and Renaissance Revival styles. Case in point of this is also two of the area’s most well-known churches, Park Slope United Methodist Church and Saint Augustine Roman Catholic Church.

Revered for its family-friendly appeal, Park Slope is often regarded as one of the best places to raise a family in New York City. That said, it doesn’t mean that parents don’t know how to have a good time... a slew of bars constantly opening in the neighborhood ranging from the high-end cocktail saloon to the dive (well, by Park Slope standards, anyway).
