The KITCHEN is a cooks delight ! Awesome ! It is spacious and user friendly with many cabinets and storage . The KITCHEN has a DISHWASHER and Microwave and wonderful counter space with an additional island . The rental has an in unit WASHER/DRYER as well. The designer bathroom got a new bathtub last year ,its lovely finishes and large tub will impress. A rental with serene views and fabulous living space is not to be missed. The renter has a few items they may part with as its a big move for them. Yes the BEDROOM is a very comfortable size too .The LOCATION and VIEWS are the icing on the cake for me . I'm not a big cook but I'd certainly cook more given this delightful kitchen ! The renter pays heat and hot water( gas). Prime North Carroll Gardens location. This apartment has no garden.
