The Ceilings are high too.....spread out with that big couch and other stuff you worried might not fit. Everything will fit here ! There is also some additional storage space .Excellent Closet space in a terrific Master Bedroom that can double for a home office. It's that big .No tight bathroom here....its extra large and nicely tiled with a cool built-in .... love it . This North Carroll Gardens location in the heart of BOCOCA is very alive with great cafes and close to a 24/7 subway for a fast city commute. The rental is outstanding .This is a smoke-free dwelling .PETS: Well they are ok with one cat and may bend for the first time with a smaller trained dog but will need convincing . Please have solid verifiable references for this good landlord . Heat and hot water are included in the rent ! Visit this one early for JULY 1 occupancy.
