Property Description for 220 Atlantic Ave, 2

Approximately 975SQFT and best in show with additional perks available ( last comment on bottom). An Upscale TWO BEDROOM rental done with impeccable taste. It is Condo quality with all the hi--end finishes that will likely exceed your expectations. The owner did an impressive gut renovation not even 2 years ago; lots of thought and attention to detail went into its design. The OPEN, sophisticated, commercial style chefs KITCHEN has state of the art Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances that include a 5 burner stove with a Dual Temp oven, dishwasher and all the extras. A Cesar-stone countertop on a beautiful kitchen island will really excite. There are many cool features in this stunning and very serious open kitchen. CLOSETS: So many rentals have mediocre closet space. This GEM has LARGE Closets with plenty of room for additional storage . I know a winner when I see one and the BATHROOM could not impress more. This owners bathroom boasts a " Dual Sink, Rain Shower head , delicate lighting and extra towel fixtures. The bathtub is extra large and spa-like with plenty of space for your stuff. It has a Mosaic Marble floor . I invite developers to come take a look :-). I'll put this BATHROOM up against any in a hi-rise for finish and size.Brooklyn's Best .The rental has a huge living space and of course so spread out and bring a large table ! The rental has an in unit WASHER/DRYER. The rental opportunity is just that , an opportunity to live in a small 3 unit building that is a brand new Townhouse close to everything and very private. Subway connections are outstanding so your city commute is efficient. Super responsible owner. No other renters in the building ! The owner is a little flexible with start date and mostly interested in a solid ,financially qualified renter who is responsible and will take care of this beautiful apartment. Renter pays the heat and hot water. One small trained pet on approval . Owner may request a small pet deposit . This boutique 3 unit building has a hi end security system. Owner can assist new renter with a premium cable and Wi-Fi service he has now. Additional added rent if interested.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
