Property Description for 546 Pacific Street, 1

A GARDEN To Remember! Spectacular! This incredible Approximately 1300SF 2 Bedroom Garden DUPLEX with an additional 900SF of outdoor entertaining space could be yours. No disappointments. The owner made a special trip to New York to oversee a beautiful renovation of this TWO BEDROOM Garden Duplex with 1.5 Baths. The paint job just completed is stunning and makes this place really POP! Have you ever seen an apartment glow? The rental comes with additional basement STORAGE. Start date is a little flexible. Landscaped to perfection, It is beyond your imagination. This TWO BEDROOM GARDEN DUPLEX is a " contemporary treat ". The owner has made some terrific upgrades adding a KITCHEN ISLAND and creating quality storage in the ultra clean basement for the stuff you want out of the way including your bikes. The KITCHEN easily impresses ; it has rich cabinetry and hi-end fixtures including dishwasher with a sliding door to your dream garden! Love the smart looking Butterscotch colored Wooden fence on both sides for privacy and includes a large patio space too. The LIVINGROOM SPACE is generous and will feel great to you. Perks include a half bath and easy garden views from 2 large windows. The marble mantle is also a very sweet extra; the room is oversized to accommodate your big furniture. The CLOSET SPACE is more than adequate; I counted five and with the Basement STORAGE SPACE you are all set. A WASHER/ DRYER for this rental only .... is in the basement . The LOCATION could not be better; Eastside, Westside, Uptown or grab the train and live in Brooklyn! Multiple subways ..... get you everywhere (Q ,R ,2/3/4/5, B and D) and more. The neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods are a huge plus to keep you busy year round. Take advantage of the Barclay Center and BAM. Prospect Park is a very short bike ride, everything that makes Brooklyn special is at your doorstep. PETS: Owner will consider on a case-by-case basis. There will be a pet deposit. The asking rent to me, seems very favorable. Open houses this week Thursday and Saturday.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
