Property Description for 432 Park Ave, 48B/28C

The best 3 bedroom entry point at the iconic 432 Park Avenue.

#48B and #28C are now offered as a package sale, allowing the opportunity for a guest residence, staff residence, or additional separate office or bedroom to come included with the main three-bedroom home.

Enter into #48B to be greeted immediately by the cornerstones of this distinguished tower: ten foot by ten-foot windows surrounding the home, soaring ceilings, stunning views, and sleek finishes. The 2,224 sq ft home reaches 80 feet across the southern end of the building.

The open living/dining area boasts full southern and eastern exposure, abounding with light and air. Views of New York landmarks will pull you to the window, including the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, East River, and 30 Rock.

The ultra-modern kitchen includes Miele appliances, quartz countertops and a marble island. The single window in the kitchen faces east and holds a breakfast bar with awe-inspiring views to the river.

The master bedroom, with full southern exposure, has a breathtaking view of Midtown and holds an en-suite marble bathroom with soaking tub, stall shower, and double vanity. There is a large walk-in closet as well. Two other large bedrooms with private baths round out this magnificent and meticulous residence.

#28C, offered with #48B, is a 384 sq ft studio residence. The properties must transfer together. With one picture window facing south, it is the ideal guest suite, staff suite, office, or investment property separate from #48B.

432 Park Avenue needs no introduction, as the tallest residential building in the Western hemisphere. With over 30,000 square feet of amenities including a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, 25-yard pool, yoga studio, billiards room, lounge, screening room, conference room, playroom, private restaurant, and 24 hour doorman and five star concierge, residents of 432 Park enjoy the most luxurious lifestyle offered in Manhattan.

Midtown East | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.

Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.

The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.

Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.

Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
