This rental has lots of character,approximately 700sqft not including private hallway entrance area for bikes + coats. The interior detail is rich with a slightly Tuscan look for warmth . A low key friendly pet may be acceptable to owner. You'll enjoy a fast walk to the Carroll Street subway 7 blocks away and lots of cafes and restaurants almost at your doorstep .
