Property Description for 722 President Street, 3

A Giant Two Bedroom Five Room Gem is available now or January 1st or possibly even January 15th of next year. This top floor rental is spacious indeed, approximately 1200sqft with much old world charm. We'll have more images soon. The picturesque President Street block has nice green foliage views. The location is considered by many to be prime North Slope with a UNION Market a stones throw away and 7TH Ave up the block. You'll have several subway options for commuting. The rental has excellent storage/closet space and a Windowed Eat-in Kitchen with 2 exposures as this TOWNHOUSE is semi-detached. The BATHROOM is vintage and pretty roomy with a large window and older soaking tub. I love the pre-war moldings and French doors , lovely ceiling detail and interior hallway. The space has a little funkiness and offers numerous ways to set-up which many will find appealing. The owner recently installed 2 washers and dryers in the basement so you have your own. That's really nice ! I think the Eat-in Kitchen is very cool as well as this Vintage Bathroom with oversized window and garden views. The owner pays the heat and hot water. One smallish friendly and trained pet will be accepted by the owner. The location is dreamy and its OK to get a little excited as the rental is BIG ! A reminder to just keep in mind that the fixtures are not modern ( no d/w). GREAT STORAGE /CLOSET space. You have a very good landlord and wonderful neighbors ( just 3 apartments) in this delightful SMOKE-FREE Dwelling . If you are looking for a super sweet Park Slope Townhouse rental you may have just found it. I'd love to live here myself ! This rental has no outdoor access.

Park Slope | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boasting beautiful tree-lined streets, brownstones and a range of activities for all age groups, Park Slope is consistently ranked as one of New York’s most desirable neighborhoods. Filled with lush parks and greenery, the neighborhood is also known for its rare combination of excellent public schools, award-winning restaurants, nightlife, small independently owned businesses and community gardens.

Situated at the western slope of Prospect Park, the neighborhood is divided into different sections: North Slope, Center Slope and South Slope. Depending on who you ask, of course, the definitions of where these borders end and begin may vary (is the divide between North and Center deemed Union Street, Garfield Place, 1st Street or 3rd Street? The one between Center and South 6th Street, 9th Street, 11th Street or 15th Street?).

Regardless of what part of the Slope you find yourself on, there’s no shortage of architectural beauty. From row houses to brownstones to mansions, the idyllic setting of the neighborhood is further enhanced by its Romanesque and Renaissance Revival styles. Case in point of this is also two of the area’s most well-known churches, Park Slope United Methodist Church and Saint Augustine Roman Catholic Church.

Revered for its family-friendly appeal, Park Slope is often regarded as one of the best places to raise a family in New York City. That said, it doesn’t mean that parents don’t know how to have a good time... a slew of bars constantly opening in the neighborhood ranging from the high-end cocktail saloon to the dive (well, by Park Slope standards, anyway).
