Experience the best of city living in Brooklyn style

Welcome to 838 Quincy Street, the new boutique condominium conveniently located next door to Williamsburg, where brownstone BedStuy meets vibrant Bushwick, and minutes from Manhattan.

Designed and conceived as a contemporary loft building with hand-laid brick, steel accents, and over-sized casement windows, 838 Quincy recalls Brooklyn's history as a manufacturing powerhouse.

Inside, 838 Quincy offers seven (7) curated homes boasting tremendous natural light in every room, private and shared outdoor spaces, and architecturally designed layouts with an exceptional level of finish and attention to detail.

All residences at 838 Quincy enjoy four inch weathered oak hardwood floors, private laundry, shared or private outdoor space, spa showers, and most residences have deeded private storage rooms on site included with your purchase. Kitchens feature European cabinetry, professional grade Blomberg appliances with matching panel dishwasher and true counter-depth refrigerator for a clean, minimalist look.

Residence No. 2F is a large north-facing home with one large queen-sized bedroom and one spa-like bathroom. You'll enjoy natural sun light all day, from every room in this home. This unit also includes private in-home laundry (washer and dryer units included, not just hook ups), a private storage room in the basement and shared access to the building's spectacular roof-top deck for enjoying long summer evenings with friends and neighbors

Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
