Property Description for 546 Pacific Street, 2

September 1 occupancy. This approximately 1400SQFT THREE Bedroom Upper Duplex with Enclosed Roof Terrace is a refreshing find and certainly a treat in a tough market. It is a wonderful Boerum Hill rental GEM . A good landlord and wonderful neighbors make this even more special. The renovation is lovely with beautiful recessed lighting in all the main floor rooms. A designer Open Kitchen with quartz countertops and separate chefs cooking island will pop out at you instantly. The soft grey multicolored movement in these beautiful fixtures is absolutely a joy to behold. The KITCHEN rocks, stainless steel appliances for sure ( DISHWASHER) but a really cool hot designer look makes me happy ! The main floor is LOFTLIKE with a small bedroom in the front off to the side with big closet . The rental has pretty garden views with six windows front and back that attracts lots of natural light. The marble WBFP ( working fireplace) will also catch your eye, enjoy it this late FALL and WINTER. What a great perk ! Bring that big OAK table as the rear area off the kitchen just screams make me a dining room . So we are now going upstairs where you will find the two larger bedrooms and a quality bathroom . The BATHROOM is solid with some really nice upgrades and of course its windowed for additional comfort. This terrific rental has a unique semi enclosed spacious roof terrace. Yep its big with a great personality. Enjoy this special outdoor space all year round, just slide open the glass doors and enjoy the views. A nice spot for morning coffee or dinner with friends. Additional perks include: washer/dryer in unit and this rental has lots of new outlets and gets great natural light in every room ! The BOERUM HILL location is pretty exciting . Prospect Park is just a few blocks away; a quick bike ride or walk over to the Barclay center for a sporting event or music concert . BAM ( Brooklyn Academy of Music) has a first rate movie theater and lots of other events to enjoy year round . The location offers incredible daily cultural events to check out. The quick Manhattan commute will also not disappoint . So many subway lines are within a block ( # trains) including the R train with the Q /B+ D lines also close. The proximity to the LIRR is also to be noted. Pets on a case by case basis must be trained and friendly for consideration. Owner may ask for a pet deposit . This absolutely wonderful newly renovated Upper Duplex is available end of August. Lastly the renter pays heat and hot water.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
