70 VESTRY- PARKING SPACE IN BUILDING. A masterpiece designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Residence 3/4F is a generous five bedroom and 5.5 bathroom duplex residence with 4,890 square feet. The immense 46’ Great room faces south overlooking a quiet tree-lined cobblestone street and historic Tribeca architecture, boasting charm inside and out. Stern Architects re-interprets Tribeca lofts in a handsome limestone building with industrial detailing at an intimate scale with only 46 residences over 14 stories, three residences per elevator landing, porte-cochere and a drive-in entry courtyard that is entirely private and secure – all directly on Hudson River Park and its myriad scenic and recreational benefits. This boutique nature is juxtaposed with extensive services and amenities including a full-time concierge, doorman, property management by RELATED and Luxury Attaché lifestyle services. 70 Vestry’s health and wellness suite spans over 8,000 square feet including an international regulation singles squash court, an 82-foot long swimming pool with additional play pool, fitness club by the Wright Fit, yoga and Pilates studios. Leisure amenities include a lounge and dining suite, billiards room, cafe, and playroom designed by Roto. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
