Property Description for 206 East 7th Street, 5

** East Village * Fully Gut-Renovated 1BD/1BA in East Village with Stainless Steel Appliances, Dishwasher, and Ample Storage Space in Pet-Friendly Building on Tree-Lined Street, Steps from Huge Tompkins Square Dog Park **

In the heart of the East Village, surrounded by parks, neighborhood gardens, and some of the most popular and culinarily unique restaurants and bars, you’ll find this bright, fully gut-renovated one-bedroom apartment, just one flight up. You’ll marvel at the open kitchen with beautiful brand new aqua green glass subway tile backsplash, gleaming white Shaker cabinetry, Delta sink faucet, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a dishwasher.

The bathroom is pristine with a glass-door, white-tiled shower with porcelain-tiled floors and Delta showerhead, as well as a Delta sink faucet with luxurious porcelain basin, and storage underneath. The apartment offers ample closet space, with one in each the living room and bedroom, as well as recessed, LED lighting, and solid oak hardwood flooring throughout. There is currently a narrow pole in the bedroom that houses a pipe which according to our certified plumber, should be easy to re-route. This co-op building welcomes pets and allows sublets.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
