3 EASY FLIGHTS TO NEWLY RENOVATED MODERNIST TREETOP HOME

This feel-good, fresh, sunshiny home in the treetops has been artfully reinvented and renovated. Stylish and quiet, this super-fine floor-through (with a skylight) is a winsome residence for sure.

On coveted West 22nd Street — a stone’s throw from every prime Chelsea transportation, shopping, dining, fitness, and cultural destination -- there is a remarkably redone townhouse. With a keen artist’s eye and a careful hand, this entire home has been lovingly re-built anew – offering a fresh beginning for a 21st Century life in a classic shell. This special top-floor home is the cherry on top in this newly redone building.

Here, the brand-spanking-new construction offers a unique opportunity for discerning individuals to spread out tastefully and peacefully with two exposures (cross breezes anyone?). The boutique design team that created this beautiful, happy home is known for their ability to capture light and to expand it gorgeously throughout a residence. This high-floor honey is living proof –- Southern light spills through the handsome front of the building and shines beautifully throughout.

A sweet gated entry greets you at the front of the building. Check for any packages that may have been left for you courtesy of your virtual door attendant. Grab a drink in your gorgeous new designer kitchen – with top tier appliances (including dishwasher and washer/dryer!), and ample custom counters and cabinetry. Sit at your dining bar, bask in the sweet Southern light, and decompress. Enjoy your bright living room and how it opens into your designer kitchen. Stroll down your hall to your comfortable bedroom and designer bath. All around you is peace and quiet — and beauty.

With a skylight above, and handsome wide-planked wood floors underfoot, life in this quiet, vibrant, and soulful home is easy-to-live and so easy-to-love. There is a washer/dryer, central HVAC, exposed brick, windows onto treetops, and a stupendous location that comes with bragging rights.

Come spread out – come enjoy – and come discover Chelsea’s freshest new modernist home.

Chelsea | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The row houses portray the world-class architecture of Greek Revival, Italianate and Georgian styles. The population is both ethnically and socially diverse, which is reflected in the restaurants and retail businesses in the neighborhood.

Western Chelsea is the center of the NYC art world, where you will find more than 200 art galleries housed in rehabbed factories and warehouses, as well as in newly-constructed buildings.

While people of many different cultures call Chelsea home, it has been a mecca over the years for people in the LGBTQ community. One census reported that as many as 22% of its residents were gay couples. Eighth Avenue is a trendy area for LGBTQ-oriented dining and shopping. Although it no longer draws the LGBTQ population that it once did, Chelsea still has many popular alternative bars.

Chelsea is primarily residential, consisting of a mixture of diverse complexes, low-rise apartment blocks, tenements, townhouses, renovated row houses, and luxury high-rises.

Chelsea is an interesting and sought-after place to live, with unique clothing boutiques, restaurants, and delis representing cultures from around the world. In addition to its quirky establishments, Chelsea has fine dining restaurants and a vibrant, hip nightlife, which adds to its allure.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
