Never before offered to the public, The Waterfall Arts Foundation and The Formation Team presents The Artist's Suite, a full floor, 1,538 square foot 1 bedroom loft plus living/reading room in the penthouse of the Waterfall Mansion and Art Gallery. The Waterfall Mansion has become one of the most coveted destinations in New York, known for its quiet, healing, and spiritual characteristics made possible by the deep soulfulness of its art and architecture.   Ideal for art and culture lovers of the world, The Artist's Suite offers a quiet oasis to read, write, work or otherwise find inspiration. The living/reading room is separate from the bedroom and is decorated with thoughtfully curated artwork which changes as new art exhibitions are installed. The Artist's Suite comes with private access to the 1,360 square foot rooftop garden as well as special access to the building's art galleries and amenities. Art pieces -- from layered paintings to kinetic contraptions to immersive "space art" made with masking tape -- are curated from over 300 artists from all over the world and rotate through exhibitions every 2-3 months. The very furniture on which you will sit may be a one-of-a-kind piece designed to exude peace and comfort as well as function. All mansion art is curated from three hundred international, contemporary artists by The Waterfall Arts Foundation. Your stay comes with complimentary continental breakfast in the morning and an optional private 1 on 1 tour of the mansion with a curator of the Waterfall Arts Foundation. FIRST FLOOR GALLERY The first floor contains the carriage house entrance which opens into an expansive 2,085 sf art gallery and a 23 ft high indoor cascading waterfall, one of the most peaceful water features ever created in an Upper East Side mansion. In addition to housing art and sculptures, this space has been used as a high end luxury event venue for art and cultural exhibitions from international artists and luxury brands. This floor is open during business hours. Open 7:30am - 4pm. 2ND FLOOR KITCHEN, DINING, AND LOUNGE The second floor common space contains an open kitchen, fully stocked with beverages, tea, and coffee. This floor is open 24/7. 3RD FLOOR The third floor contains 1,634 sf of art exhibitions showcasing different artists that change almost with the seasons. The back of the building is accented by a private 600 sf terrace with sculpture garden. Open 7:30am - 4pm. 4TH FLOOR The fourth floor contains additional art exhibitions, meeting rooms, and conference rooms. Conference rooms may be reserved upon request. Open 7:30am - 4pm. The building is equipped with a wheelchair accessible elevator for ease of access and video intercom for security.
