The apartment
One of the rare 3 bedroom apartment we have to offer, and what a 3 bedroom designed by our HarmoNYCity Interior Design team!
Why not ask for the best when you come to New York to enjoy yourself and embrace what the city has to offer?
We’re presenting you here 1,600 Sq.Ft+ of interior space and 300Sq.Ft of private roof deck in the center of the fashionable section of Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn, steps from the City!
This triplex apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is the top floor of a two family townhouse so you have to walk two flights up to get into the entrance of this apartment. There is no elevator in this house. It comes with your own Washer and Dryer and centralized A/C. You can enjoy wifi internet through out the apartment, cable television (large flat screen television in the living room), stereos in the living area and in one of the bedroom…

The large loft like living room/kitchen offers a very comfortable dining area with a table designed by Le Corbusier for Cassina, it accomodates comfortably 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with 4 burners and oven.
The living area offers a large designer white leather sofa, chairs, large wall mounted flat screen television. The first floor of this apartment has a dramatic black oak wood floor, which coupled with the white walls, gives us a feel of modernism and minimalism.

On this first floor, you will also find the first bedroom, the “Glamour bedroom” which has a Queen size bed, a desk with an antic mirror, a chest of draw and a coat rack. Finally, on this first floor is a full bathroom with tub, toilet and sink.

On the second floor, you’ll be greeted by our human size stoned Buddha statue that sets the tone: the second floor is all about serenity and comfort.

The “Exotic bedroom” has warm colors, a comfortable King size bed and an armchair. It has its private “en suite” full bathroom, some would call it the master bedroom of the flat.
On the opposite side of this floor is the third bedroom and also a second living/relaxing area with a couple of armchairs.
The third bedroom, the “Modern bedroom”, offers a steel bed frame which is Queen size. You will notice on the picture a custom made steel dresser where you can comfortably display your clothes during your stay. There is also a large L shape office area. There is a private bathroom for this bedroom (also with tub, toilet and sink). The views are open and gives a feeling of freedom and peacefulness as you’re on the top floor of the house…or almost!

Indeed, back to our second living/relaxing area is the newly added steel staircase which take our guests to the roof and where they have the possibility to relax on a private deck, which in the spring summer offers a couple of chaise longues, tables and chairs. Be assured to also find a couple of exotic plants which you will gladly appreciate! The views of the new Brooklyn skyline is quite an experience!
Please note that the landing of the stairs offers an additional indoor bureau/library.

Fort Greene | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Conveniently situated just north of the beautiful and lush Prospect Park, Fort Greene is rich with history. Representative of an aesthetic that Brooklyn is often associated with--the brownstone and row house architecture being an institution of the community--Fort Greene is decidedly singular in visual style. As part of the National Register of Historic Places, this South Brooklyn neighborhood offers unique charm and plenty of character.

Beginning with its early military-oriented inception (the territory was central to the Battle of Long Island), Fort Greene has always been recognized for its spaciousness and a sense of openness. Filled with nature and greenery, it is also home to its very own eponymously named park in addition to being in close proximity to Brooklyn’s largest recreational area, Prospect Park (containing the beloved Prospect Park Zoo within it).

Many residents come from different socioeconomic backgrounds and commute to their workplaces in Manhattan, while keeping Fort Greene as their separate haven. The diversity of the area has proven to be one of the few examples of a Brooklyn neighborhood maintaining its roots in part thanks to its protected status.
