Property Description for 200 West 24th Street, 6-A

CORNER unit FLOODED with LIGHT!

**360 Tour and Virtual walk though upon request!!

Once you enter in the unit onto your newly finished dark stained oak hardwood floors, you'll know it's the perfect layout. The first of two bedrooms and bathrooms is located on your right, or go straight into your large owners suite filled with LIGHT, CLOSETS, and a 5-Piece bath! Have a KING SIZE bed? No Problem. Lots of CLOTHES AND SHOES, no problem as there is an abundant amount of closets.

Need your own laundry, not a problem here, you have a laundry closet with room for shelves, or to store other items. Don't forget that the dryer VENTS OUT!! Say goodbye to basement laundry, and/or 3 cycles to get your clothes dry!

When you enter the living/kitchen area you'll also be welcomed by TWO more LARGE CLOSETS, SOUND PROOF WINDOWS, and LIGHT!! This large open space can be configured anyway you'd like!! If you come at night, don't forget to see what color the EMPIRE state building is lit!!

Your new kitchen (which can be opened) is built to cook in, and if you need more counter space check out 9A photos, they added a little more easily with bar stools!

Not enough closets? Said no one... however if it doesn't match your needs, don't worry, you'll get a storage cage as well :)

The Chelsea Royale was built in 2004 with only two units per floor to keep it exclusive. The part-time doorman is wonderful, Carlos the super takes great care of the building, and when the doorman isn't there you have your own code to enter along with a fob for the elevator.

Don't want to use the new A/C units? No worries, you have FOUR EXPOSURES so getting a breeze is simple!

Oops, forgot to mention the beautiful roofdeck with a fountain that has been planted to keep you feeling relaxed while you read, get some work done, or just soak in the sun!

Location location location. You're right across the street from WHOLE FOODS, .5, 1, 2, or 3 blocks from almost every subway line.
Close to great restaurants like ELMO, Lou Lou Bistro, and Westville to name a few, and everything needed for your home is in close proximity as well!
Wanna get away, no problem, you're close enough to Penn Station to get away without too much traffic, and far enough away to not deal with the crowds!

Chelsea | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The row houses portray the world-class architecture of Greek Revival, Italianate and Georgian styles. The population is both ethnically and socially diverse, which is reflected in the restaurants and retail businesses in the neighborhood.

Western Chelsea is the center of the NYC art world, where you will find more than 200 art galleries housed in rehabbed factories and warehouses, as well as in newly-constructed buildings.

While people of many different cultures call Chelsea home, it has been a mecca over the years for people in the LGBTQ community. One census reported that as many as 22% of its residents were gay couples. Eighth Avenue is a trendy area for LGBTQ-oriented dining and shopping. Although it no longer draws the LGBTQ population that it once did, Chelsea still has many popular alternative bars.

Chelsea is primarily residential, consisting of a mixture of diverse complexes, low-rise apartment blocks, tenements, townhouses, renovated row houses, and luxury high-rises.

Chelsea is an interesting and sought-after place to live, with unique clothing boutiques, restaurants, and delis representing cultures from around the world. In addition to its quirky establishments, Chelsea has fine dining restaurants and a vibrant, hip nightlife, which adds to its allure.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
