* Virtual 3D Tour Available Upon Request! LOFT SEEKERS WEST TRIBECA 2 BED CONDO: Opportunity to own an authentic TWO BEDROOM, 1.5 BATHROOM LOFT with a HOME OFFICE nook in the heart of Tribeca, one of downtown’s most sought after and coveted neighborhoods. Located in a boutique five-unit condominium building, this expansive floor-through loft is the only unit on the entire floor, with an elevator landing steps from the front door offering privacy and easy access to a common ROOF TERRACE. The entire space underwent a gut renovation with top-of-the-line finishes, materials, and appliances - exposing and restoring a full wall of original 1915 EXPOSED BRICK. HIGH CEILINGS, premium 12” EXTRA-WIDE PLANKED ITALIAN OAK FLOORING, and clean white contemporary finishes work seamlessly together throughout this open layout to combine an authentic industrial loft ambiance with chic modern style. The kitchen features CORIAN COUNTERTOPS with breakfast far and ISLAND, a gas range stove with hood, MIELE stainless steel appliances including a DISHWASHER, microwave, invisible built-in fridge, oven, and a full brand new BOSCH WASHER/DRYER across the hall. While the living room has exposure to the view of historical traditional landmark buildings directly on Hudson Street, The two bedrooms are smartly positioned in the back of the building, for pin-drop quiet sleeping, each with their own full custom closets for generous clothing storage. The master bathroom is highlighted by TEAK WOOD accents and stainless finishes including a RAIN SHOWER. 112 Hudson is perfectly located in WEST TRIBECA, a short walk to the HUDSON RIVER PROMENADE that stretches up the entire west side and around Manhattan for miles - a jogger/walker’s paradise with multiple parks just west of the building including the Teardrop and Rockefeller Park, and the iconic PIER 25, the longest pier at the HUDSON RIVER PARK that offers an 18-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball courts, a playground, and boat moorings creating a picturesque escape for endless relaxation and enjoyment. It is hard to compete with this location, so close to all of Tribeca’s array of top Manhattan restaurants, the Westfield World Trade Center’s new Oculus Luxury retail space, shopping, Equinox Gym, and multiple parking garages within a block away. The building offers a VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM, LOW MONTHLIES, a COMMON ROOF DECK, and PRIVATE STORAGE CAGES for each unit. Easy transportation is awaiting in all directions where you can access the 1/2/3/A/C/E/R/W for access to the rest of the city. NOTE: There is an assessment in place for recent common area upgrades of $86/mo. that expires August 2021.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
